EgyptFemaleTourGuide – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to EgyptFemaleTourGuide. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. My goal is to keep everything transparent, simple, and fair while ensuring your journey through Egypt is unforgettable.
1. Booking & Contract
- A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
- Your contract is with EgyptFemaleTourGuide, a licensed Egyptian guide and tour operator.
- A personalized confirmation with all details will be provided after your booking.
2. Payments
- Deposit: 25% of the total price is required to secure your trip.
- Balance: The remaining amount is payable either up to 2 days before your arrival or in cash upon arrival.
- Credit card payments may require a signed authorization letter matching your passport.
- Installments available – you may spread the deposit over 6 monthly installments to plan risk-free.
3. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Standard Cancellations:
- 60+ days before arrival → 15% fee
- 60–31 days before arrival → 35% fee
- 30–15 days before arrival → 50% fee
- 14–1 days before arrival → 100% fee
- Peak Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter):
- 61+ days before → 25% fee
- 60–31 days before → 50% fee
- 30–15 days before → 75% fee
- 14–1 days before → 100% fee
- Airline fees + 5% bank surcharge apply on any refund.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
- If government warnings, airline cancellations, or extraordinary events prevent your trip, you may choose:
- Full Refund, or
- Travel Credit valid for 12 months.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed in the same method used for payment.
- A refund is only possible if a confirmed reservation exists in our system.
6. Flights & Pricing
- Domestic flights are priced on averages; final schedules may differ.
- Tours are based on double occupancy. Single travelers pay a supplement.
7. Complaints & Support
- Please raise any concern immediately during your trip so I can solve it on the spot.
- If the issue continues, contact Customer Care while you’re still in Egypt.
- After your trip, written complaints may be sent by email for review.
8. Responsibility & Ethics
- I commit to honesty, transparency, and care in all services.
- If an activity changes unexpectedly, I will provide an equal or better alternative.
- I do not misrepresent other operators or hide extra fees.
- Your privacy is protected; your personal details are never shared without your consent.
- I cannot be held responsible for delays, weather, or other factors beyond my control.
9. Photos & Media
- With your permission, I may share photos from your journey on my website or social channels to inspire future travelers.

How to Cancel a Booking
All cancellations must be initiated by contacting Egyptfemaletourguide Support via:

- Sending a Message to Support through your Egyptfemaletourguide Account

- Selecting the ‘Request to Cancel’ button on your Booking Confirmation Page
- Unforeseeable Event
You may receive a refund of the tour price if You are prevented from taking the tour because of an unforeseeable event that is out of your control and shows up after the booking (“Unforeseeable Events”). The determination of what constitutes Unforeseeable Events is at the discretion of Egyptfemaletourguide.
The following is a list of examples of what we consider as Unforeseeable Events:
(a) Impersonal events that make it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake a tour, such as: travel restrictions imposed by governments, epidemic disease unusual to an area, war, civil insurrection, strike, extreme weather, earthquake and natural disaster;
(b) A ship that is unable to dock and prevents You from taking a tour identified and marked as a shore excursion tour type on the site;
(c) A flight cancellation if there are no other means to travel to the destination; and
(d) A “Do Not Travel” advisory issued by the US Department of State after a booking is made.
The following do not constitute Unforeseeable Events:
(a) Illness or injury of a tour participant;
(b) Poor weather;
(c) Change of plans;
(d) Oversleeping.
We may require You to provide verification and/or documentation to confirm that You were unable to take your tour if You request a refund under this provision. You may check with Customer Support that the event is an Unforeseeable Event and that You can provide the required documentation before You cancel any booking.
Amendments.
Egyptfemaletourguide may modify and amend this Cancellation Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. Egyptfemaletourguide will provide notice to You by posting such changes on the site.

(c) a “Do Not Travel” advisory issued by the US Department of State after a booking is made; and
(d) the death or serious illness and/or injury of a tour participant.
